ITA Software Inc in Acquisition by Google with USD700 million?
Google’s plans to buy software company, airline tickets, ITA Software Inc., valued at USD700 million? Google’s dominance in internet search did provoke the attention of many parties. Mountain View Internet giant origin was investigated for similar charges by the European Commission since last November. Last week, Micorosft Corp. sent a claim to the European antitrust regulators and accused Google of deliberately sabotaging the internet search engine competition in order to achieve the first position in Europe. Google’s own claim was not surprised by the accusation. Google spokesman Al Verney actually challenged its competitors to observe how they work. "We are still discussing this case with the European Commission. We will be happy to explain to anyone about our performance," said Varney said at the time.
